User Account Requests and Changes

MNCM has retired the accounts.mncm.org website for requesting new user accounts. All requests are now handled directly through the MNCM Help Desk to ensure faster processing, better security verification, and accurate role-based access setup.

Who This Affects
  • External partners or vendors granted access to MNCM-approved platforms
  • Existing users requesting additional system permissions

Systems Covered by This Process
  • PIPE Data Portal
  • Any MNCM-approved application requiring a unique login

How to Request Access
Contact the MNCM Help Desk via support@mncm.org. Provide the following information in your request:
    • Full legal name
    • Organization or vendor affiliation
    • MNCM organization ID
    • Business email address
    • Job role and department
    • Systems or applications needed
    • Reason for access (e.g., data submission, reporting, analytics)
MNCM staff will confirm eligibility, validate identity, and coordinate with MNCM IT to provision accounts.

Additional Notes
  • Requests submitted through any retired channels (including accounts.mncm.org) will not be processed.
  • Processing times may vary based on the complexity of access and security clearance requirements.
  • For urgent requests, mark the subject line of your email as “URGENT – New Account Request” and provide justification.
