Measure Updates
Clinical Quality Measure Changes:

1. Asthma, Optimal Diabetes Care and Optimal Vascular Care:

a. Permanent nursing home resident will be discontinued as an eligible exclusion.

2. Colorectal Cancer Screening:

a. Patient died prior to the end of the measurement period will be added as a Required Exclusion

b. Patient had a history of total colectomy (Total Colectomy Value Set) and Colorectal Cancer (Colorectal Cancer Value Set) will move from being an allowable exclusion to a Required Exclusion.
