Steps to clear out saved passwords
- CHROME
- Open Chrome
- Click on the three little dots on the top right of the Chrome Screen
- Click New Incognito Button (this should stop your browser from prepopulating the credential area with old information)
- Go to the data.mncm.org
- Type in your username and password
- Microsoft Edge
- Open Edge
- Click on the three little dots on the top right of the screen
- Click New InPrivate Window
- Go to data.mncm.org
- Type in your username and password
If you are able to login, your browser is retaining prior credentials and inserting/swapping out the new ones with the old ones. I would contact your IT department so they can change the setting on your browser or plugin that might be doing this.
