What are the technical measure changes related to 2020 Measurement Year (Reported in 2021)?

The following technical measure changes will be applied for 2020 dates of service: 

• Addition of telehealth visit codes for certain measure denominators
• Blood pressures that are taken by the patient on a digital device in the context of a virtual (online or telephone visit) are acceptable. 
• Aspirin and statin medication exception updates
• Aspirin and statin medication exception Value Set updates
