Is the PHQ-A an acceptable tool for the adolescent screening and depression measures?

We have found valid versions of the PHQ-9M (PHQ-9 modified for adolescents) mislabeled "PHQ-A" on the internet and in the community. Years ago, the original PHQ-A contained 80+ questions and assessed for depression, anxiety, substance abuse, eating disorders, etc.; it is no longer available today. 

A valid version of the PHQ-9M (9 questions) mislabeled "PHQ-A" is acceptable to use for both adolescent screening and depression care measures. The original 80+ question version is not acceptable.
