The match and attach process was only done once a year. How often are you expecting this file to be sent?

For payers participating in the CHIRP program, incremental enrollment files will need to be submitted by the second Friday of every month to ensure the most accurate/up to date data is shared from CHIRP participating medical groups.
For payers not participating in the CHIRP program, incremental files can be submitted on your own cadence, but all data for the previous calendar year will need to be submitted by early January
