FAQ: We maintain multiple member IDs for our members. Which ID should we submit?

Capturing all identifiers increases the possibility of the match with the clinical data submitted by providers. Submit as many rows as necessary to capture all identifiers. Exception:  Please do NOT submit Social Security Numbers (SSNs) as we do not collect SSNs from providers in the clinical data.
